Real estate
The SOHAING Group's property development business is mainly based in Cameroon and France. Its portfolio includes:
● Residential buildings (44,065 sqm) in Douala and Paris;
● Office space in Douala, Yaoundé and Paris;
● Retail premises in Douala and Yaoundé;
● Warehousing space in Douala and Yaoundé (30,000 sqm);
● Several undeveloped plots in Douala, Bafoussam, Edéa, Eseka, Bafang and Bayangam.
These assets are managed by a team of 25 permanent employees in Cameroon and 05 in France.
Hotels
The SOHAING Group presence in hospitality is held with Akwa Palace and Akwa Hin Hotels in Douala.
The Akwa Palace is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of the business centre of Douala, the economic capital of Cameroon. With its 185 rooms and suites, 03 restaurants, 08 meeting rooms, 01 semi-olympic swimming pool, 01 garden and wellness areas (fitness, hammam).
The Akwa HIN Hotel is colonial building offering a 2-star hotel service. Located in the CBD of Douala. Its offer include 45 rooms, 02 suites, 01 video conference room, 01 restaurant-bar, 01 swimming pool and 01 shopping arcade.
This modern and accessible establishment offers a high standard of comfort and service.
Service
Over the years, with the diversification of its portfolio and development of its activities, the SOHAING Group has set up a Business Unit that brings together a range of specific and complementary skills in the design and implementation of real estate projects. The services offered include:

● Financial engineering
● Project engineering
Most of this expertise, although initially provided to the Group's internal entities for their development, is now outsourced in the form of direct services or investment partnerships.
Agrobusiness
The SOHAING Group has been a major player in the Spanish agribusiness for over 40 years through its wine company Vincente Gandia Group SL. Vincente Gandia produces and markets wine products all over the world, including the most famous ones:
